Plaazaa Help center and office kit
Guides for members, staff, Space managers and office leaders, with pictures. Every report page has a ? button to the right part of the guide. Managers can print a QR poster and a one-page staff guide with their Space's name.
“Already reported?” check and staff-only reports
The form shows open reports of the same kind nearby, so you can follow one instead of reporting it again. You can also send a report to staff only; Corruption and Drugs always go to staff only.
Reports board, staff queue and 48-hour reminders
See every report on a list and a map. Staff get a queue of what they can update, managers can assign a report to a person, and staff are reminded when a report has no update for 48 hours.
LPA / ITA summary for offices
A ready report per fiscal year for ITA o10 and o19 and LPA indicators 30 and 33 — print, PDF, CSV, and a publish switch for the office website.
