Plaazaa AI — Tidy your post

✨ Tidy turns a plain text post into a clean, easy-to-read post with headings, bold words and lists. It keeps your language and your meaning and adds nothing new. It is available to members the Plaazaa team has allowed to use AI.

Tidy a post #

1. Write your post in the post box. Use at least 10 characters.
2. Open ⋯ More under the post box (or press the ✨ button), then in the AI group press Tidy.
3. Wait a few seconds. A Preview shows how your post will look.
4. Press Use this to put the tidied text in the post box, or Cancel to keep yours.
5. Not happy? Press Undo tidy under the text box to get your own text back.
6. Post as usual. Your post is shown with the tidy layout.

💡 Tidy works only on text-only posts. If you added a photo, video, link or poll, remove it first.

💡 Hashtags and @mentions stay as you wrote them.

Spelling & tone #

✨ Spelling & tone fixes mistakes or changes how your post sounds. It works on any post text, also when you have added photos.

1. Write your text, then open ⋯ More and press Spelling & tone in the AI group.
2. Choose Fix spelling, Friendlier, More formal or Shorter.
3. Check the Preview. Press Use this, or Back to try another choice.
4. Not happy? Undo tidy under the text box gives your own text back.

It keeps your language, #hashtags and @mentions, and adds no new facts.

Translate #

Under a post or comment written in a language that is not yours you see 🌐 Translate. Press it to read the text in your site language, right there. Show original switches back. The post itself is never changed.

💡 Translations are saved, so when another member asks for the same one it is instant and does not use your daily AI limit.

💡 Translate shows only when the writing looks different from your language (for example Thai text for an English reader). English and Spanish are not told apart.

Caption from photo #

1. Add a photo to your post (Upload Images).
2. Open ⋯ More and press Caption from photo in the AI group.
3. AI looks at the photo and suggests a caption in your language. Press Add to post to put it in your text, or Cancel. Undo tidy removes it again.

Only a small copy of the photo is sent to make the caption. Check the caption before you post: AI can be wrong.

Good to know #

• AI runs only when you press Tidy. Nothing is sent automatically. The text of that post is sent to an AI service to be tidied.
• There is a daily limit per member. When you reach it, you see a message and can try again tomorrow. Admins may have no limit.
• If the AI is busy you see "AI is busy right now". You can still post your own text.
• Older posts and posts you write by hand do not change.
• You can edit a tidied post later like any post.

I do not see Tidy #

Tidy appears only for members who have been allowed to use AI. Ask a Plaazaa admin.
