Getting started with Plaazaa
Sign in #
Plaazaa uses an IDUnify account — one account for several sites.
- Open main.plaazaa.com and press Continue with IDUnify.
- Sign in to your IDUnify account (or create one).
- The first time, IDUnify may ask you to agree that Plaazaa can use your name and email.
💡 Use the same IDUnify account on every device and you will always find your Spaces and posts.
Language #
Plaazaa speaks English, ไทย, 日本語, 中文, 한국어 and Español. The first time, it picks a language from your browser or your country. To change it, use the language menu at the bottom of the page — your choice is saved on your account. Notifications from tools such as Plaazaa Report also come in your language.
Spaces #
A Space is a place for a community — a city, a village, an office, a club. Each Space has its own posts, members and tools.
- Open a Space and press Join to become a member. Some Spaces approve new members first.
- Official Spaces of an office (for example a municipality) are opened only by the Plaazaa team, so you know they are real.
Post and use the Space's tools #
In a Space, the post box at the top is where you write a post. Open its tools to find what the Space offers — for example 📣 Report a problem in a city Space. Each tool has its own guide in this help center.
Get help #
- Look for the ? button on a tool's page — it opens the right part of this help.
- Search this help from the box at the top.
- Ask your question in the Help Space.
